Tansey Undergoes Surgery

Greg Tansey has undergone surgery on his groin, but he’s hopeful that he can still play a part this season.

The 24 year old has been struggling for a while and it’s hoped the surgery will clear up his problem completely and enable him to return to full fitness.

It’s expected that Tansey will miss our next few games, but he is hopeful he can return before the end of the season for the last few games.

Writing on Twitter the midfielder said.

‘Surgery went well, a bit sore but hopefully get back before the end of the season. Thanks for all the support.’
