Ahead of the game against Cambridge last weekend, manager Teddy Sheringham brought in Tottenham Hotspur youngster Kenny McEvoy on loan.

The 21 year old winger has moved to The Lamex for the next month initially, and the regular U21 level player has taken in previous loan spells with Peterborough and Colchester in former years, so he comes in with three starting appearances to his name with a further six from the bench.

He’s yet to score his maiden goal.

Coming in ahead of Cambridge though the youngster did make his Stevenage debut as a second half substitute in the game as he came on in the 71st minute as a replacement for Pett.
