Young left back Connor Ogilvie has now extended his loan spell from parent club Tottenham Hotspur until the new year.

Having moved initially to us on a month long loan deal in mid August, the 19 year old fullback has now made four starts for the club following his debut in the two nil victory over Hartlepool and he has also registered his first professional goal in our two one win over Plymouth Argyle.

Having impressed manager Teddy Sheringham, the club sought permission to extend the loan spell and that has now been granted and he will remain with us until January.

Prior to his move to the Lamex, the youngster had been in Tottenham’s squad for a number of Europa League games – although he was yet to make his senior bow – and he had been capped by England at Under 16 and 17 levels.
